About ICTPI

‘ICTPI’ is an international initiative to discuss and exchange ideas on technology policy and innovations at a tier one conference held annually in different countries since 1997. The deliberations of the conference are also published as a book, containing peer reviewed articles.

Professor M.G.K. Menon has been instrumental in getting the 11th Conference (2008) to India. EMPI, a leading Educational Institution in New Delhi that is spearheading India’s Innovation movement, has been given the responsibility of organizing the Conference.

EMPI’s CIEPRO (Center for Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property) is a unique EMPI inter-disciplinary initiative that attempts to bring together on a common platform integrations at different levels - Integration of public Policy, Economics, Technology, Psychology and Management. CIEPRO’s activities include Policy studies, creation of an Indian Innovator’s Forum, conducting an Indian Innovation award series, apart from education, training and consulting to organisations and individuals on Innovation.
